Don’t worry nothing is for life. Just focus to achieve your goal. Make sure you do exercises, RC will become effective when doing it. If you don’t do any you may not see results. Try to do exercises whenever you can.. you will see results.

Wines have a lot of calories.. it’s like having fat burner on one side and a candy bar in the other hand. If you want it to work, why not try to dedicate yourself fully to it and once you reach your goal, try to balance exercise and keep enjoying the drinks.

Light beers hold less calories but it’s not a green flag to consume a lot.

Red Wine 175ml Glass 119 calories

stay away from it and reach your goal! keep the faith!

hey i just wanted to ask.i own a pub.and I’ve became a regular drinker.and i started to use the RC.i just wanna know if it will affect my liver in any way.i find it hard now to stop alcohol.though i reduced it immensely.and i really wanna know if i can keep up the wine.thanks for answering

I think it’s an old standard to remap pure black to RGB: 16,16,16 (dark grey).. older tv and monitors had troubles with very dark images.. so they remaped darker colors to something lighter. It’s really annoying on modern screen. They also put this option on Xbox and other devices.. Always make sure your devices are set to FULL RGB instead of standard RGB, the later will be limited

Hi! I am trying to make something similar but i am taking a look to what i need to install in the linux box/server that is going to make the streaming server, i was reading avout use vlc, twonky, or another but i am in the part of read about what to use, my scenary is a more poor, the server is an asus eepc with usb 2.0 to a sata reader with a caviar greent 2 TB, this server is to gigabit to the pc lan, but to the home is accross plc 200 mb, in the tv´s i have western digital TV Live to read the contents … i was using samba but it keeps the network very busy, i was reading about stream to try… i will be keep this url in my favorites to see if you advance in your post! Regards!

Well, excellent point. I will write a new blog entry with all the advantages my new framework have over the others. In short, speed, size and power. WoxCore is a simple MVC framework taking 18.9k of space. It’s faster than most framework because of it’s size and structure. The framework consist of a single file. The development version is spread across several files but when you build it for distribution, they are all linked into one file.

I will demonstrate it’s power in a new blog entry (probably by tomorrow).
